Should you like to have my pieces in your Retail
store please email me with your inquires. 
Store must have a valid retail license and resale #. 

 

Guarantee/Warranty

I guarantee every product I make.  

It is extremely important to me that you are completely satisfied.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase,

please return it within (15) days of receipt.   You will receive a full credit

(less delivery charges) for items that are not personalized.    



For unworn & undamaged designs only, I will repair or replace any item you have

purchased that has a defect in craftsmanship or quality free .  

If a wire should break, please attempt to find all of the pieces and send it to me and I will restring

it for you at no charge within 6 months of purchase.

After that or If pieces are missing, I'll replace them for a minimal charge.

 

Custom & personalized designs

I generally do not accept returns on personalized items such as Mommy Bracelets.

If your item has been made incorrectly (not your specifications) or has a manufacturer's defect

I will be happy to repair or replace it for absolutely no charge to you (less delivery charges).

NOTE: Does not apply to items damaged or broken due to use or resizing item I made according to your

specifications, or items you have lost.

 

Should you wish to add another child or grandchild's name or stone.....

Not a problem… I will add Birthstones and Strands to already

made bracelets to meet the demand of additions to families all the time:

MISCELLANEOUS CHARGES & FEES:      

Restringing fees are as follows: $8.00 for a single strand bracelet, $14.00

for a double strand, $20.00 for a triple.  Should you need additional beads added or replaced

there will be a nominal charge.  Please email me for quotes.

About Me

Well I guess this is really an "About Her"  page as this is written by her father.
Me lovely Irish daughter didn't want to write a professional profile on herself
and her tremendous talent for creating this jewelry, .....so I'm doing it.
The facts: She was born in Buffalo, NY on a snowy day 6 days before
Halloween in 1966. She went to Amherst, NY schools and received her B.S.
Degree in Business Administration at Buffalo State College in 1994.
She married a great guy, Steve, and after a few years in The Western New York
area they settled in Northern Illinois.
The family has grown to 5 now.
Now the jewelry thing actually started back in New York with her mother.
Ali started designing jewelry back in the '90s and Tara picked
it up quickly and eventually blossomed 0n her own.
